S.E.L.F. – Sharing Education and Learning with Families

The project started in September 2014 and lasted for two years. Our partner was kindergarten Eei Zaleo from Madrid.

The aim of the project was to create a kindergarten that will be an educational community, in which each individual (educator, professional and parent) will act and contribute to the development of the child and the local community, in accordance with their skills, professional knowledge and hobbies. The parents were involved in a regular kindergarten program or together with the children they produced music and plays. The parents also presented the activities of our kindergarten at the University of Madrid as part of the project.

To help inform the community about our project, as well as to make it easier for families from Croatia and Spain to communicate, we have set up a project website.
